There are two planes of existence the physical and the Spiritual.
We live in the physical plane.
Angels and demons move in the spiritual plane.
We are told we fight demons only in this spiritual plane but the effects are often felt in the physical plane.
Eph 6:12 (ERV) Our fight is not against people on earth. We are fighting against the rulers and authorities and the powers of this world's darkness. We are fighting against the spiritual powers of evil in the heavenly places.
This means we are fighting the plans of demons whenever we are attacked and what happens in the physical plane is often a result of a spiritual battle.
so we need to learn how to fight on this spiritual plane so that we can defeat the plans of the demonic plans that the lower level Demons are trying to impose on us.
All Temptations are the result of the plans of Satan to try and make us become a part of his kingdom
So we need To recognise an attack of Satan so we know when we are being attacked
We need to know what our weapons are and we really only have one weapon delegated authority Jesus have given to us over Satan and his plans add work
We need to know how to use this delegated authority and when to use this delegated authority
To use this delegated authority you must believe you have been given it and if you use modern Bibles this it hard as they imply it was not from Jesus. Modern bibles are heavily influence by Satan who managed to get our weapon against him removed from it or made to appear that Jesus could not give the delegation to u se it.
To use the delegation you must believe you have been giving it
You must then identify the problem and ask the Holy Spirit what to do, how to deal with it. In other words what do command in Jesus’ name so that you know it is the will of Jesus you are commanding. Otherwise Jesus will not honour the command

In Jesus name I forbid you Satan from:
Hear say what the holy Spirit wants you to command Satan to stop doing and to Go to Jesus and take all he has done or is doing with you and ask The Holy Spirit take their place and protect it for the Kingdom of God
The Holy Spirit will tell you when Satan is attacking and The Bible will also show you when Satan is doing things to attack you by showing you what god desired you know that Satan is trying to undermine and use for his purposes
Anything that enters your mind or body which take away your peace probably from Satan
The Holy Spirit also give you a lack of peace when you are doing something wrong and Satan is usually behind it
Satan can only deceive or distract you. So, he can use lies or half-truths to mislead you or things to distract you. This is why you must know the truths your Bible which is why it says
John 8:32 (LITV) And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
This is why it is important to study the Bible so you know the truths of God to be able to recognize the lies of Satan and which is why you will also need to know where God wants you to be so you will know when Satan is trying to distract you from this.
The Holy Spirit given to guide you in all this so he can warn you when Satan is attacking as well as how to stop the attack and minimise any damage Satan has done.

And then command as follows
To go to the Lord Jesus take with you all you have done to (Name the person(s) or object attacked) or are doing to me.
In Jesus 'Name be gone.
In the name of Jesus, I command healing and restoration of all you have done to me in accordance with the will of Jesus.
I ask you Holy Spirit to take the place of all the daemons that have gone.
